What You’ll Be Doing
* Hunt for new business: Prospect, cold call, and engage with potential customers to win new logos and grow our customer portfolio.
* Understand client needs: Translate business requirements into tailored solutions that deliver real value.
* Own your pipeline: Build and maintain a strong sales funnel, consistently forecasting and hitting monthly ACV targets.
* Collaborate & innovate: Work closely with internal teams to improve strategy, share insights, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Stay ahead: Keep up with market trends and industry developments to stay sharp and relevant.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record of acquiring new enterprise accounts, especially in telecom, IT, or network connectivity is a strong plus.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills; know how to listen, ask the right questions, and close deals.
* Team player who’s self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable with cold outreach, rejection, and the hustle of building something new.
* Proficient in Excel and Access.
* Fluent in German and English.
