About the Role:
We are looking for a hybrid Copywriter & Social Media Manager with native-level Polish and solid professional experience in both creative content development and social media execution. This role is perfect for someone who can blend conceptual thinking and sharp copy with hands-on execution across social platforms — driving both creativity and engagement for a range of campaigns .
Copywriting
1. Adapt and transform advertising concepts into persuasive and engaging messages across formats including email, social media, banners, webpages, and offline media.
2. Collaborate with creative, account, and design teams to ensure all content aligns with brand tone, language, and identity.
3. Develop clear, benefit-driven messaging that resonates with diverse audiences in the Polish market.
4. Translate briefs into compelling narratives that connect across platforms and customer journeys.
5. Stay updated on advertising, marketing, and linguistic trends to ensure messaging relevance and cultural accuracy.
Social Media Management
6. Execute a tailored social media strategy for the Polish market, based on platform behaviour and audience insights.
7. Create and manage engaging content calendars, collaborating with designers and copywriters to deliver impactful paid and organic campaigns.
8. Lead social community engagement, providing timely responses in line with the Social Concierge model.
9. Analyse performance data, create reports and dashboards to extract actionable insights.
10. Manage publishing and moderation using social tools (preferably Sprinklr).
11. Identify and recommend influencer collaborations aligned with brand and campaign goals.
12. Bring fresh thinking by monitoring trends and emerging platforms.
Skills & Qualifications:
13. Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
14. 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar role (agency or brand side).
15. Proven experience as a copywriter in advertising or digital media.
16. Deep understanding of social media strategy, content creation, and engagement best practices.
17. Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to adapt tone and language across formats and audiences.
18. Highly organised, methodical, and results-driven — able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
19. Confident communicator with solid presentation and stakeholder management skills.
20. Experience in delivering integrated campaigns across digital channels and CRM.
21. Native-level Polish is required.
22. Advanced English (written and spoken) is mandatory for internal coordination.
Preferred Tools & Experience:
23. Familiarity with Sprinklr or similar social management platforms.
24. Experience with paid social campaigns and basic media coordination.
25. Previous work in international or multi-market teams is a plus.
