Promo-Staff is hiring **outgoing, motivated, and engaging Brand Ambassadors** to interact with fans and attendees at the **IRONMAN World Championship** in Marbella. This is your chance to be part of one of the most iconic sporting events in the world!
Location: Levante Beach in Puerto Banús
Dates & Schedule
- **Friday November 7th - Expo Day** **4 hours (10am-2pm**)
- **Saturday November 8th - 5 hours (9am-2pm)**:
- **Sunday November 9th - Men's Race Day 5 hours (9am-2pm**)
The Mandate
We’re working with a market research company in partnership with IRONMAN to gather valuable feedback from event attendees. Staff will be equipped with an iPad to:
- Conduct quick sponsor visibility surveys
- Engage with as many attendees as possible in your area (note event venue is outdoors)
To boost participation, attendees will be entered into contests for cash gift cards and merch prizes.
Pay & Incentives (USD)
- **Base rate**: $22/hour +3$/hour pending performance
- **Performance bonuses & commissions**: Up to an additional $3/hour for exceeding objectives and delivering quality results
- **Team commission bonus & attendance bonus** at the end of the event
