Position Overview

Key Responsibilities :
* Gather requirements and manage the backlog to create future technology.
* Work with the development team and write user stories.
* Act as the bridge between Developers and the product team.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather feedback on the product roadmap and features.
* Own, prioritize, and communicate the short, medium, and long-term release plan of the product.
* Assist in communication strategy regarding products.
* Build stakeholder relationships and maintain alignment through progress reports.
* Analyze and decompose complex requirements.
* Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.
* Document requirements, create functional specifications, and prepare wireframes / flowcharts.
Requirements and Skills :
* Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
* At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with desktop, web, and mobile applications.
* Background in Software Development.
* Advanced proficiency in MySQL, Python, DAX, Power BI, and workflow automation. AI / ML experience is highly desirable.
* Experience with Scrum methodology, Jira, and Confluence.
* Goal-oriented team player.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish.
* Proficiency in Requirements Analysis and Planning.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
