About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
professional to join our Sales Department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in technical sales with a structured career path for growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Support Area Sales Managers in proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
Build and maintain client relationships, progressing to full portfolio management.
Prospect new clients and qualify leads.
Provide product and sales training to distributors.
Utilize Salesforce (CRM) to manage and update customer data, track sales activities, and generate reports.
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related scientific field.
High proficiency in English (C1 level, written and spoken).
1-2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus.
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
Strong interest in sales and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with senior sales team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
