Capwatt promotes, owns, and operates integrated energy optimisation solutions, contributing to a sustainable energy paradigm. We are looking for a Structured Debt Manager to join our finance team:
1. Analyse and structure debt products to meet Capwatt's specific project financing needs, applying risk management strategies;
2. Develop financial models to project cash flows, assess potential risks, and determine the performance of the project debt structure considering various market scenarios;
3. Contract, manage, and monitor all sources of structured finance guaranteed to projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations;
4. Manage and monitor the performance of structured finance portfolios, including cash flow analysis, investment performance assessment, and periodic reporting to stakeholders;
Manage and motivate a high-performance team to deliver on these challenges.
Qualifications:
* University degree in Economics, Management, or Finance;
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in similar roles within the energy sector, international banks, venture capital, or investment funds;
* Experience in Project Finance (mandatory);
* Proficiency in computer skills (Excel, SAP) and data analysis software, financial risk management tools (Bloomberg, Moody's Analytics).
