Verisure is seeking a Product Manager to coordinate the company’s AI project demand. This role will serve as the central point of contact for all related AI-related products, ensuring robust data governance, compliance with European regulations (working closely with Legal and Security teams), and overseeing planning, delivery, and continuous product evolution. The ideal candidate will manage stakeholders from both the north and south areas of the business, control the budget, and align strategic objectives with tactical execution.
This is a high-impact role with strong growth potential. It offers a unique opportunity to shape, implement, and evolve AI products that directly influence business performance.
Responsibilities
* Centralise and prioritise AI demand and stakeholder requests across the organisation.
* Maintain a master backlog for each AI Product, ensuring transparent prioritization and timely responses.
* Define and implement data governance policies specific to AI initiatives.
* Coordinate assessments with Legal and Security teams to validate GDPR and other European regulatory compliance.
* Drive the development and evolution of each AI Product in collaboration with cross-functional teams, defining functional requirements, scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
* Define and validate initial budgets for each AI Product and assure budget control of it.
* Ensure scalability, maintainability, and continuous improvement of AI products.
Location
Permanent hire will be based in Madrid.
Experiences and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications engineering or Business.
* +3 years of experience in Engineering or Technology projects, with solid understanding of phases, life cycles, metrics and methodologies.
* Fluent in both English and Spanish (minimum C1 level).
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work in hybrid models.
* Proficiency of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
* Experience managing international projects with cross-border teams and stakeholders.
* Nice to have: Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI ecosystems (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Hugging Face).
* Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data processing platforms (e.g., Spark, Databricks, Kafka).
