Our Global Center of Excellence develops innovative methodologies and approaches for our clients. In a dynamic market environment, our professionals must be adaptable and thrive in a collaborative, team-driven culture. We seek motivated, skilled individuals with experience in delivering people programs, including client engagements supporting large-scale global transformational projects in areas such as:
* HR Technology: Explore solutions, design, and implement effective process transformations and new models.
* HR Transformation: Define HR Target Operating Models, processes, policies, technology, service delivery, and procedures aligned with best practices and trends, and develop business cases.
* HR Strategy: Develop HR strategies to deliver value, enhance reputation, and minimize risks with stakeholders and government. Lead HR strategic transformation programs to drive performance and value through workforce insights and HR reporting.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
* Participate in Workday system implementation projects.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic solutions to optimize human capital management processes.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure success.
* Maintain high-quality standards and adhere to best practices throughout project lifecycles.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
* 2-3 years of consulting experience in HR Technology Project Implementations or Technology Services Support.
* Experience implementing Workday HCM; recruiting certification is a plus.
