Through our seven regional editions and website we connect with diverse audiences supporting integration, celebrating culture and promoting community engagement across Spain.
Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound sales activities to attract new clients and support existing ones
* Guide clients through advertising options and create tailored ad packages based on their goals
* Post promotional content for clients across our digital platforms
* Maintain organized records of client communications, campaigns and billing
* Offer excellent customer service and problem resolution with professionalism and care
Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales, marketing or digital content management
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish a strong plus)
* Well-organized and capable of managing multiple projects at once
* Positive proactive attitude with a client-first mindset
* Legal eligibility to work in Spain
* You must be based on the Costa del Sol
