The Accounting Technician will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, invoice processing, payment coordination, and collections support.This role is essential to maintaining financial discipline, ensuring the accuracy of the ledger, and supporting efficient cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Ledger Management
· Own Record and process supplier and client invoices
· Maintain the general ledger fully up to date
· Perform bank reconciliations
· Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
· Ensure accurate documentation and audit trail for all transactions
Payments & Collections
· Coordinate supplier payments in alignment with internal approvals
· Issue client invoices and monitor payment status
· Follow up on outstanding receivables
· Support optimization of collections processes
· Ensure proper matching between invoices, payments, and bookings
Administrative & Compliance Support
· Maintain organized financial documentation
· Support tax filings in coordination with external advisors
· Assist during external audit processes
· Ensure compliance with Spanish accounting standards
Profile & Experience
· 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial administration
· Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting standards
· Experience managing invoices, payments, and collections
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
· Responsible, structured, and reliable
· Comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced company
