An opportunity within Production Quality team has arisen in Airbus DS in Seville (San Pablo), you will reinforce the T1QAOL department.
**RESPONSABILITIES**:
- The Jobholder will support the operative monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement. Reach agreements with FAL suppliers regarding containment/correction actions for issues raised in FAL & FL.
- The Jobholder will provide visibility to all the organization, creating Quality Presentations, as Quality Status and Performance Dialogue, among others.
- The Jobholder will analyse and explain Non Quality Costs and follow up actions for mitigation and eradication.
- The Jobholder will participate in Building, updating and analysing KPIs measuring Quality targets and execution, and also participation in the improvement plan and associated actions.
- The Jobholder will secure knowledge management on cost evolution and requests for a given customer.
- The Jobholder will support harmonization and rationalization of Quality processes in all LTA perimeters, FAL and FL.
- The Jobholder will participate and coordinate with performance and improvement department in order to align OES deployment with Quality department, focused on Digital Transformation.
- The Jobholder will perform root cause analysis about issues affecting the product manufacturing process. Lead PPS activity within the MFT, acting as a facilitator. Participate as expert in the Human Factors analysis within the MFT.
- The Jobholder will participate in the activity of KPIs creating and feeding as required in BSC as well as prepare the Operative reviews and the associated action plans to correct and avoid deviations.
**SKILLS**:
- Knowledge in Quality processes. Willingness to act as quality focal point of a multifunctional team will be a plus.
- High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network mode, proposing new ideas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline
- Root cause analysis and Practical Problem Solving orientation.
- Organized & Structured profile
- Advanced level in English and Spanish.
- Strong Customer orientation.
