Backed by top-tier investors, the company has already raised $33 M in pre-seed & seed funding at a valuation above $100 M. About the opportunity This is not a typical engineering hire. This is a founding seat inside the Barcelona office of a fast growing, well-funded company building the financial infrastructure layer for AI agents. You will work alongside an experienced founding team with strong backing, high technical standards, and a product already gaining traction. Core Requirements 3–7 years of software engineering experience Strong production ownership experience Full-stack capabilities across backend, frontend, and infrastructure Experience with Go, Type Script, or another strongly typed backend language Experience building APIs, cloud-native systems, or event-driven architectures Strong shipping mentality: building, deploying, maintaining, and owning systems in production Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability Comfortable operating in fast-changing, early-stage environments Nice to Have Experience with billing, metering, payment systems, or financial infrastructure Background in high-performing scale-ups, fintech companies, or AI-native startups Experience working on distributed systems at scale Exposure to observability, infrastructure reliability, or data-heavy platforms Why join now?
