We're looking for a Trade Marketing Manager who will take ownership of everything happening at the point of sale. From retail visibility and POS materials to trade events, activations and merchandise, your mission is simple: Make GREATEST impossible to ignore at retail.

Continuously improve retail visibility and performance Create activation playbooks for sales teams Sales Enablement Develop in-store promotional concepts Create activation kits and sales materials Support local sales teams with effective tools and campaigns Develop and manage branded merchandise Ensure premium quality and strong brand consistency Budget & Compliance Manage trade marketing budgets Track performance and commercial impact Ensure all materials comply with local regulations 2–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Activation or Field Marketing ~ Experience with POS materials and retail programs ~ Strong project management skills ~ Commercial mindset and understanding of ROI ~ Fluent English Building trade marketing processes from scratch Existing supplier network in Europe A chance to build and own the trade marketing function
