What You'll Do
* Spearhead the Art team, ensuring flawless execution of visual content.
* Collaborate to define and maintain a consistent visual style.
* Coordinate creation of game builds, character art, backgrounds, and symbols.
* Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality assets on schedule.
* Mentor and encourage team members to achieve their best work.
* Resolve conflicts and inspire change to improve team efficiency.
* Optimize artwork for various platforms, following technical constraints.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years in a lead artist role with a proven track record.
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Strong portfolio showcasing diverse art styles and projects.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and multitasking.
* Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
* Passion for storytelling through visual art.
