About the role
This isn’t your average Customer Success role. At Tinkery, you won’t be stuck answering tickets or reading scripts, you’ll be building relationships, systems, and experiences from the ground up.
You’ll be the face and voice of Tinkery for our clients. You’ll guide them through their first “aha!” moments, help them unlock powerful insights with their data, and ensure they stay engaged, excited, and empowered.
You’ll work directly with the founding team, have a say in how we structure our onboarding and support, and play a key role in shaping what customer success looks like in an AI-powered startup.
What you’ll do
* Be the trusted guide for our users from day one. You will own onboarding, activation, and engagement journeys
* Translate complexity into clarity:
help users connect their messy data and build value-driven dashboards, fast
* Lead live training calls, async onboarding via Slack, and check-ins that actually add value
* Create repeatable, delightful onboarding flows that scale with us
* Monitor account usage and proactively reach out when something looks off (or promising!)
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to fix issues, improve flows, and ship what customers really need
* Turn insights and feedback into documentation, playbooks, and feature ideas
* Act as a subtle salesperson. Help clients see the bigger picture and grow with us (upsell and renewals, without the pressure cooker)
What we’re looking for
* 2–5 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, support or consulting (SaaS or tech preferred)
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfort with data tools and ability to understand basic business metrics
* Proactive mindset with a passion for improving systems and helping users succeed
* Fluent in English;
Spanish is a strong plus
* Based in Barcelona or open to remote work from anywhere in Spain
Bonus points for
* Experience working in an early-stage or fast-growth startup
* Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Intercom or equivalent
* A good understanding of our ideal customer profile’s (marketing, sales, CX) usual use cases and value drivers
* Familiarity with analytics and business intelligence tools
