HR Director - Head of People Product
to turn human potential into a scalable system.
This is a senior, high-impact leadership role for someone who blends people leadership, product thinking, execution rigor, and AI fluency.

What You’ll Do:Design and scale people products (onboarding, coaching, career paths, internal mobility)Own the full talent lifecycle, from hiring to retentionLead Recruitment & Talent Acquisition with clear metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire)Embed execution frameworks (OKRs, decision rights, accountability systems)Build fast, fair performance and remediation processesLaunch AI-enabled people tools and analyticsTranslate culture and “vibe” into enforceable, measurable standardsPartner closely with the CEO, executive team, and board.
What We’re Looking For:8-12+ years in senior People / HR / Product / Execution leadership rolesProven experience building scalable people systems or platformsStrong execution mindset with governance, metrics, and accountabilityHands-on experience applying AI or automation to people processesData-driven, written-first, and comfortable operating at C-levelTough-minded, fair, and deeply values-driven

Location: On-site in Barcelona, Spain (generous relocation support available)Compensation: Competitive senior package (base + bonus + equity)
