We are now looking for a case handler for our Cost Control Finnish department, located in Fuengirola. We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and has an interest in administrative work. Working hours are mainly during daytime, Monday to Friday.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Processing and registering invoices
- Telephone service regarding invoice inquiries
- Handling reminders and debt collection cases
- Assisting with calls related to roadside assistance during peak season, if needed
**We are looking for someone with the following qualities**:
- Nativ or Fluent Finnish speaker
- Good teamwork skills - able to handle different types of people, even in situations where there is not always agreement
- High work ethic and the ability to prioritize
