As an Account Manager for Sales Ads Agencies, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of media and creative agencies advertising on our Client's platform on behalf of their SMB clients. If you have a proven account management track record in an agency-facing environment, thrive in fast-paced settings, and can quickly earn trust at multiple levels of an organisation, this role is an excellent fit.Manage a portfolio of media and creative agency partners advertising on our Client's platform, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.Develop a deep understanding of each agency's business model, client portfolio, and media planning processes, providing tailored advertising strategies that drive measurable results for their end clients.Conduct regular meetings with agency stakeholders, including planners, buyers, and account leads, to review campaign performance, present data-driven insights, and continuously optimise advertising strategies.Work with performance targets and KPIs, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and retention objectives.Build and nurture long-term relationships with agency partners at multiple levels, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and continued investment.Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information in Salesforce, including account activity, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.Adapt quickly to evolving agency needs, platform updates, and shifting client priorities.C2 level of English (written and spoken).At least 18 months of proven experience in sales, account management, or an agency-facing role, with the ability to quickly build rapport and drive growth across multiple stakeholders.Strong capability in creating and presenting digital advertising strategies tailored to agency partners and their SMB client portfolios.Expert Account Management: Proven track record of retaining and growing agency partnerships, with strong consultative and influencing skills at multiple levels of an organisation.Solid understanding of agency structures, media buying and planning processes, and the relationship between agencies and their end clients.Comprehensive Service Focus: Prior experience in complex customer service or account management, with a focus on issue resolution, client satisfaction, and process improvement.Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Pinterest Ads, Meta, Google Ads or similar) is a strong plus.Proficiency with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems.Systematically improving organizational processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and qualityEvaluating information and arguments, leading to informed and effective decisions based on data insightsFull-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in BarcelonaEarn up to €2,000 for bringing friends, depending on the language/project.Specific sales training.Clear career growth opportunities supported by coaches and a motivating team environment.TP is home to a integral family with various backgrounds and lifestyles.
