Key Requirements & Responsibilities
* Provide L2 support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
* 5 Years Experience Support core warehouse processes: inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shipping
* Perform SQL-based data analysis for issue investigation, validation, and RCA
* Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integration failures
* Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and external partners for resolution
* Support production incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements
* Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
* Provide support during business‐critical and peak warehouse operations
Skills & Qualifications
* Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
* Strong WMS functional and technical knowledge
* Hands-on experience with xhfqzwm SQL queries
* Working knowledge of EDI concepts and transactions
* Understanding of warehouse and supply chain operations
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
