Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping employees to maintain efficiency and service quality.
Quality Control:
Conduct inspections, monitor performance, and implement improvements to maintain exceptional standards.
Inventory & Supplies:
Manage housekeeping inventory, equipment, and supplies, ensuring proper usage and timely procurement.
Guest Service & Coordination:
Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally, coordinating with other departments as needed.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational policies in all housekeeping activities.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in housekeeping management within luxury hotels or resorts.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemical handling.
* Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service.
