The Asset Manager for Noatum Ports Spain is responsible for standardizing and optimizing maintenance management across Noatum Ports Spain's terminals. This role is critical in ensuring consistent application of maintenance best practices, leveraging the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to drive operational excellence.

Key responsabilities:
• Develop, implement, and monitor standardized maintenance procedures and policies across all terminals.
• Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO 55000, ISO 9001/14001/45001) and internal best practices.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment between multi-site maintenance teams.
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the CMMS/EAM system.
• Ensure accurate and comparable data entry across all terminals.
• Analyze operational and maintenance data to generate actionable insights for asset performance improvement.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (availability, reliability, costs, backlog, response time) using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Apply predictive maintenance principles using IoT and sensor data integration.
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities based on asset lifecycle analysis.
• Coordinate maintenance planning, resource allocation, and contractor management across terminals.
• Communicate effectively with operations, safety, and executive management to ensure operational alignment.
• Support CAPEX/OPEX budgeting and investment prioritization for asset management initiatives.

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering
- 10 years of experience in Asset management in asset-intensive industries (manufacturing, logistics, energy, mining, airports) and experience in Maintenance planning and multi-site.
- Ideally within the ports and terminals sector or in a similar operational environment.
- English (Mandatory - C1 level) and Spanish (Mandatory - C1 level)
