Aufgaben
At Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistic Iberica, we are looking for a Life Cycle Planner.
You will be responsible for all planning activities within the Life Cycle planning processes, such as production and parts relocations, procurement cost optimization, insolvencies, and production phasing out. You will find solutions and concepts for the logistical and economic handling of the Life Cycle processes.
Main functions include:
1. Coordination and steering of business transactions within the Life Cycle procurement processes.
2. Elaborating solutions and drafts (logistics and administrative) to complete relocations and insolvencies worldwide in cooperation with various interfaces (Technical, Development, Product Management, Purchase, MB plants, Controlling, etc.).
3. Evaluation of discontinuation and price requests from external suppliers and developing economic solutions for these requests.
4. Serving as the contact person within GSP/OD for all bridge and final buys of spare parts within the regular assortment.
5. Drafting presentations for GSP management based on existing regulations and approval levels.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
* University degree in Logistics or Business Administration.
* Advanced knowledge of processes within the entire GCSP supply chain.
* Analytical and structured approach with a target-oriented mindset.
* Negotiation skills with relevant interfaces (technical, purchasing, marketing, etc.).
* Conflict resolution and analytical problem-solving skills.
* Resilience and flexibility outside standard processes.
* Confidence in decision-making.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Business fluent in Spanish, English, and preferably German.
* High social competence.
