Their mission is to simplify immigration processes and help clients navigate complex legal requirements with ease. They are currently looking for a Remote International Client Support Specialist to join their growing remote team.
What will you do?Your Responsibilities:
- Manage immigration cases from start to finish, including visa applications and related procedures.- Advise clients on required documentation and process steps.- Liaise with Spanish immigration authorities (e.G., Extranjería, UGE) to ensure smooth case progress.- Organize and prioritize your workload efficiently to handle multiple cases simultaneously.- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients to provide updates and resolve inquiries.- Continuously learn about immigration laws and policies to deliver accurate advice.
Who are we looking for?Who you are:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (minimum C1 level in English).- Have at least 2 years of experience in immigration advisory or related fields.- Highly organized and able to work independently in a remote environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
