Your Mission — Level 1 Support Engineer
You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the performance and continuity of our technological solutions deployed across industrial environments (Linux edge servers) and the Azure cloud. Your expertise will help keep our systems running smoothly, our clients happy, and our innovation moving forward.
What You Will Do:
Monitor and maintain Linux edge servers in industrial centers (sorting centers, waste-to-energy plants).
Support and troubleshoot connected solutions (Azure IoT Edge, IoT Hub, Event Hub, Synapse, ADX, Data Lake).
Use SSH to investigate logs, diagnose incidents, and restart services on the fly.
Automate tasks with Shell and Python scripts (because your time matters ).
Enhance monitoring dashboards and KPIs in Grafana.
Assist in cloud platforms for Data Science and GenAI — feeling curious already?
Work closely with our technical teams to solve challenges and build better systems.
Who We're Looking For:
Engineering degree or equivalent experience in IT or systems.
Solid experience with Linux and Cloud environments.
Strong scripting in Shell and/or Python.
Knowledge in IoT Edge, Data & AI platforms = extra points!
Professional maturity: proactive, detail-oriented, communicative.
Technical English is a must — we are a global team
