Role Mi
ssion:
Support the definition, prioritization, and execution of Cafler's financial roadmap, with a focus on payments, billing, wallets, pricing, and ERP sy
stems.
You will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to integrate global financial solutions and ensure an efficient, secure, and scalable oper
ation.
What You W
ill Do:
Manage and prioritize the financial backlog, including payments, ERP, billing, and w
allets.
Collaborate in the selection, evaluation, and integration of payment providers, banks, processors, and ERP s
ystems.
Translate business requirements into clear user stories, with a strong focus on payments, pricing, and financial oper
ations.
Coordinate with Engineering, Data, and Operations to implement new fe
atures.
Document functionalities, flows, and processes in a clear and structur
ed way
Track and analyze key metrics:
payment conversion, revenue, margin, operational efficiency, wallet adoptio
n, etc.
Support general regulatory and tax compliance, under the supervision of the senio
r team.
What You Wil
l Bring:1–4 years of experience as a Product Owner in fintech, payments, ERP, or digital pl
atforms.
Experience participating in integrations with payment systems, banks, processors, ERPs, or financial pl
atforms.
General knowledge of SaaS, APIs, and Agile methodologies
(Scrum).Familiarity with pricing models, commissions, reconciliation, and financial ope
rations.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, with support from the seni
or team.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and
English.
Proactivity, strong organization skills, and a results-oriented
mindset.
Nice
to HaveExperience with wallets, loyalty, incentives, or rewards p
rograms.
Knowledge of global taxation (VAT, withho
ldings).Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or B2B SaaS co
mpanies.
