We are currently seeking a Support Engineer to join our team and collaborate with a multinational technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and resolve customer issues, including daily troubleshooting, event management, and other technical support tasks.
* Track key demands and bugs for customers, collaborating with the product team to promote product optimization.
* Use Alibaba Cloud inspection and diagnosis tools to help customers avoid potential risks in critical systems, and provide solutions to maintain system stability.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related fields.
* Experience in cloud computing or IT industry, with a background in DevOps, service support, or solution architecture.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
* Familiarity with optimizing cloud-based architectures and providing industry-specific solutions.
* Ability to assist in designing and implementing cloud technology architectures.
* Understanding of Linux/Windows OS, computer networks, TCP/IP protocols, and experience with packet capture and analysis.
* Strong support skills in system and network domains to resolve complex issues.
* Proficiency in Chinese and English, with the ability to use both as working languages.
* Availability for on-call duty during non-working hours (with time off in lieu).
