We’ll be flying our all-important customers to the stunning island of La Palma, marking another exciting step in our journey as the UK’s largest Tour Operator and third largest Airline.
As a valued member of our Jet2holidays Airport team, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable and welcoming process for our customers as they arrive and depart the airport. You will work as one team with our internal & external suppliers whilst taking responsibility for resolving customer queries or problems using our in-house digital systems.

Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm welcome and create memories from the very start.
- Take responsibility for flight disruptions, emergencies and customer escalations ensuring situations are handled with care while maintaining on-time performance and customer satisfaction.
- Represent Jet2holidays in the arrivals hall and departures terminal, guiding and assisting customers throughout their airport experience and delivering essential transfer & holiday information.
- Work as one team with transfer providers, support the operation inside the terminal and outside in the coach park to ensure a VIP customer experience.
Requirements and Conditions
- Right to work documents – you must already hold full right to work documents for Spain.
- Travel & accommodation – you must already be living in the destination or be able to arrange your own accommodation and get to the airport at any time.
- Flexibility – roster 4 weeks in advance; includes early starts, late finishes, split shifts & weekend working. Flexibility is essential for support during flight disruptions, emergencies and escalations.
- Skills & experience – customer service experience is a plus, but not essential. You must be solution orientated, friendly and positive, confident, comfortable using digital systems on a tablet, and physically demanding work is required.

Once your application has been reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Team, you'll be invited to complete a short video interview. If successful, you will progress to the final stage, an in-person interview with our Jet2holidays Destination Management team.
