Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical RELEX Consultant with proven experience delivering end-to-end RELEX implementations. This role is focused on solution design, technical configuration, system integration, and performance optimization, rather than functional or business-facing activities.
The idóneo candidate has a strong technical background and has been directly responsible for building, configuring, and deploying RELEX solutions from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical implementation of RELEX solutions, from initial design through go-live and hypercare
- Design and implement scalable solution architectures within RELEX
- Perform advanced configuration of RELEX modules, including:
- Forecasting
- Replenishment
- Supply chain optimization components
- Develop and manage system integrations, including:
- APIs (REST, batch integrations)
- ETL pipelines and data flows
- Integration with ERP and other enterprise systems
- Work directly with data models and databases (SQL-based environments)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including:
- Data inconsistencies
- Performance bottlenecks
- Integration failures
- Execute and support testing cycles, including:
- System testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validation from a technical perspective
- Lead go-live activities and provide post-deployment technical support
- Take ownership of critical technical decisions and solution design trade-offs
