About the Role
For our office in Barcelona, we are seeking a Customer Care Officer (f/m/d) in Spain, reporting to the Customer Care Supervisor.
Responsibilities
1. Optimize service delivery through quality bookings and monitoring to maximize group performance.
2. Handle customer queries and requirements effectively.
3. Inform customers of any issues related to costs or delays.
4. Update customer profiles and monitor invoices, especially for canceled bookings.
5. Modify bookings as per customer requests in line with corporate guidelines.
6. Coordinate internally and respond to shipment-related customer queries.
7. Monitor shipments and track deliveries, providing updates on customer status.
8. Maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
9. Promote relevant products or services during customer interactions.
10. Manage system modifications and coordinate with VIP or special desk teams as needed.
Preferred Skills
* Customer knowledge and relationship management
* Understanding of legal, regulatory, and commercial policies
* Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and environmental rules
* Experience with booking processes and software/IT applications
