We are seeking a skilled Income Auditor to join our finance team in Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Auditing and reconciling daily revenues from all hotel outlets and systems, ensuring accuracy between front office, F&B;, Spa, POS, and other revenue streams
- Verifying transactions and internal controls including cashiers' reports discounts allowances complimentary items staff-related postings.
- Preparing analyzing circulating financial reports such as daily income audit summaries variance analyses rebates incentive/commission postings for management review.
- Conducting surprise audits compliance checks across outlets cash floats open folios rejected disputed charges ensuring adherence to hotel policies
- SUPPORTING month-end closing financial operations reconciling ledgers posting journal entries assisting with management reviews cross-training for coverage process improvement
About you the idóneo candidate will have the following qualifications :
is Degree or vocational training in Finance Accounting Hotel Management related field ; strong understanding of otel revenue streams night audit processes internal financial controls experience working with hotel systems Opera Micros Financial accounting systems.
