**About this opportunity**:**What you will do**:- Deliver services and support presales in the area of NDO- Point and guide discussions with Customers (Technical Staff and Senior Management), understand customer requirements- Propose solutions, develop and present technical presentations and proposals- Manage customer expectations, implementation of customer solutions within agreed time, scope and cost- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing- Provide ideas and suggestions to Product Management to further improve/add/modify existing offerings within the NDO portfolio**You will bring**:- Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering, or IT- Experience working with Cloud Native supporting platforms (RHEL, AWS, GCP, VMWare, etc), specifically Orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, Nomad, etc.), Containerisation (Docker, Mesos, etc.) and Microservice architectures.- A good understanding of e2e QoS Concepts- Significant years of expert level proficiency in 4G/5G Radio Access Network (RAN), especially in Network Design and Optimization.- Deep technical knowledge in RAN (the needed skills to be capable of finding solutions to tackle issues) & deep data analytics knowledge (statistical tools, methods/processes to analyze and correlate data)- End to End knowledge of services, covering devices, RAN, Transport and Packet Core domains- Ability to understand customers' business objectives and be able to link them to improvements in Network Performance and End User Experience- Customer-focused, adaptable and work with a variety of stakeholders, including R&D; experts, Customer Support Managers and Customer Teams.**Personal attributes and additional requirements**:- You must be passionate about sharing your knowledge and supporting the development of others- Standout colleague but also proven ability to be self-motivated, show initiative and capability to work in challenging circumstances and learn independently- Result-oriented with focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery. Customer care and high concern for quality is required- Demonstrate an innovative approach to problem-solving- Excellent communication skills- Knowledge of Ericsson equipment, radio network features, algorithms, and parameters would be an advantage- Experience in Python coding, Machine Learning, source control via Git and CICD would be highly regarded- Position is based in Spain.
