- As the Head of Technology, you will be at the forefront of our innovation efforts, overseeing the strategic development and integration of customer-facing technology solutions. Your primary focus will be on our Dairy and Crop platform, where you will deliver a forward-thinking roadmap for our digital products and services. By leveraging market insights and collaborating with end users and commercial teams, you will drive advancements in dairy herd productivity, feed intake optimization, genomic testing, and data sharing.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Lead technology for the dairy supply chain, leveraging the synergies between NMR and Intellync into a cohesive strategy.
- Develop and deploy scalable, user-friendly products and services across various species and sectors, including arable farming.
- Drive solution sales and support local sales teams to enhance performance.
- Ensure customer success and retention across sales channels and product portfolios.
- Oversee cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from inception to retirement.
- Align technological innovations with company strategies, collaborating closely with senior management.
- Transition from legacy systems to modern infrastructures while maintaining robust IT support.
- Set and manage key performance indicators, budgets, and project timelines.
- Engage with dairy industry stakeholders to meet market needs and regulatory standards.
- Create a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement within the team.
