Manage and build long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of large sized publishers
Manage the top deals and negotiations between the biggest advertisers and publishers in the industry
Scale portfolio, revenues and volumes
Set up processes in the publishing department, such as marketplace optimization, website promotions, negotiation and reporting of new deals
Optimise advertising placements, website layouts and advising publishers on how to scale revenues
Conduct active business development for new publishers
Stay on top of industry trends and providing website and data analysis on a continuous basis
Prepare weekly/monthly financial and data reports
Attend trade shows around the world
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Excellent level of English, other languages are highly valued
Strong negotiations skills
Revenue based
Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
Previous experience from an advertising network is highly advantageous
Critical-thinking and basic mathematical skills
Comfortable with adult content
A passion for online advertising, technology and new digital innovations
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Ability to work autonomously and within in a team, in a fast-paced environment
