Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect working on large-scale, multi-country HRIS environments.Strong understanding of cloud architecture, network design, APIs, and data integration patterns.Solid knowledge of HRIS solutions and the HR technology market.Experience designing enterprise architecture and target architecture frameworks.Ability to define secure and efficient integration patterns between HR systems and enterprise platforms.Familiarity with AI/ML solution integrations is considered a plus.Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly present ideas and architectural recommendations.Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex environments and propose effective solutions.Good time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.Leadership capabilities to guide architectural initiatives and support transformation programs. Analyze the current HRIS architecture landscape and identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, and convergence.Support decision-making to define the target functional and technical architecture for HRIS systems.Design interoperability and integration patterns with existing enterprise HR components through architectural blueprints.Collaborate with architecture teams, business stakeholders, IT departments, security, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.Contribute to the definition of the HRIS transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy, IT strategy, and local constraints.Assess and estimate organizational, business, technical, and financial impacts of architectural decisions.Ensure compliance with internal architecture standards and governance frameworks.Facilitate collaboration between different teams and share HR technology expertise with internal stakeholders.Support the HRIS transformation journey by driving simplification, efficiency, and modernization of people systems.
