We are seeking an Asset Manager based in Madrid to join the Bialto team. The team focuses on acquiring approximately 3,600 turnkey new residential homes from developers in Madrid and Barcelona, most of which are already under management. The role involves assisting with the setup and ongoing management of this portfolio. Key tasks include:
1. Managing issues related to the rental residential portfolio.
2. Leading meetings with property management, maintenance, and leasing suppliers.
3. Planning and organizing management tasks for buildings.
4. Establishing data exchange formats with suppliers.
5. Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for investors covering financial, technical, leasing, marketing, and legal aspects.
6. Ensuring regulatory compliance of all buildings.
7. Collaborating on Capex and Opex budgets with property managers.
8. Implementing tenant engagement initiatives.
9. Creating ad-hoc analyses and presentations as needed.
10. Visiting sites in Madrid and Barcelona.
11. Supporting due diligence for new acquisitions and projects, mainly in commercial and technical areas.
Ideal candidates will be organized, proactive, reliable, with experience as an Asset or Property Manager, capable of managing multiple tasks and working well in teams. Requirements include:
* A relevant university degree (finance, engineering, architecture, construction, etc.).
* 2-4 years of direct experience in real estate asset or property management.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
* Experience with Excel models and Power BI.
* Interest in real estate management, especially residential, and sustainability trends.
* Ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations.
