We are revolutionizing the online ad-serving industry for advertisers, publishers, and networks alike and are seeking to recruit a Senior Performance Media Buyer for our Barcelona office.

\n

Role

\n

As Senior Performance Media Buyer, you will work with integral performance-based online advertisers across a wide variety of verticals within the adult entertainment industry.

\n

You will actively create, monitor and optimize campaigns for a portfolio of clients (both assigned and newly qualified leads) with a particular focus on effective inventory monetization, delivering a first-class service and sharing best practices within the various internal departments.

\n

Your daily tasks will also involve data analysis, preparing strategic client reports, proposals and contracts.

\n

Together with a cross functional team, you will participate in development on new products and new marketing angles.

\n

As a top-notch media buyer you should educate and coach new media buyers in developing advertising strategies and campaigns.

\n

You will report to your Head of Media buying.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

Media buy on CPM, CPC, and CPV pricing models to back into CPA goals

\n

Setup, manage and optimize campaigns using Exoclick Ad platform.

\n

Use of internal tools, systems and processes to keep a daily track of client development and expansion.

\n

Prospect and identify new potential direct response advertisers

\n

Daily spend/revenue monitoring.

\n

Effective client relationship management, dealing with internal/external conflicts and collate best practice examples of reporting, client feedback and case studies.

\n

Proven technical capabilities and understanding, including basic skills in the editing of landing pages (HTML), use of tracking pixels and creative optimization.

\n

Close interaction with Business Intelligence, Business Development teams in order to interpret market insights, client data, and be able to react quickly and implement this back into the business.

\n

Effective management of your clients on performance versus target and company growth strategies.

\n

Support and coach existing and new employees.

\n

Help Performance team members by providing additional steps and resources that help employees move ahead with confidence.

\n

Collaborate with multiple departments in creation of documentation, educational material, case studies.

\n

Develop and incorporate new marketing angles in the user flows.

\n

Guide the marketing team on how to implement them in the marketing material.

\n

Participate in establishment and improvement of relevant processes of the department

\n

Take responsibility and accountability over new products and projects within the department.

\n

Profile

\n

You have a solid working knowledge of the digital performance and affiliate marketing ecosystems, and understand the general needs of online advertisers and publishers.

\n

Very detail-oriented with a meticulous approach and be able to manage multiple campaigns successfully.

\n

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

\n

Money conscious with an innovative approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

\n

Proactive, a strong communicator and confident with pitching new opportunities to external clients.

\n

Analytical mind, good with calculations and statistical interpretation.

\n

Problem-solving attitude.

\n

Interest in following advertising and media trends

\n

Requirements

\n

+4 years minimum experience in the online advertising industry as a media buyer.

\n

Previous Developing effective media buying strategies

\n

Experience managing 6 digit campaigns directly for product owners or affiliate networks.

\n

We will value any experience as a media buyer or traffic manager.

\n

Previous experience with Exoclick Platform is a highly appreciated.

\n

Strong analytical proficiency, especially with Excel or Google spreadsheets.

\n

Good technical knowledge (HTML).

\n

Perfect knowledge of the different performance-based pricing models (CPA, CPL, CPM, CPC, etc.)

\n

Fluent English, written and spoken (Russian, German, French, Spanish or other languages will be highly valued).

\n

Experience with tracking and attribution tools

\n
