Responsibilities
* Personnel selection (publication of offers, CV selection, interviews)
* Management of the recruitment process and onboarding of new recruits
* Termination of staff contracts/dismissals
* Entering and updating staff data in the system
* Management of documentation records
* Time management, review of working time records, authorization of holidays, leave or notification of medical leave
* Realization and update of HR department procedures
* Implementation of Human Resources policies and internal communication of these policies
* Performance appraisals and monitoring of the achievement of set targets
* Fluid communication with staff of the subsidiaries
* Preparation of reports
* Organization of internal and corporate company events
Profile
* At least two years previous experience in a Human Resources department, preferably in international companies
* Higher education in Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or similar; a Master's or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources is desirable
* Essential high level of English
* Organized, decisive, proactive and committed person, with communication and teamwork skills
