Experteer Overview In this role, you will own and optimize sales compensation processes for the AGS EMEA region, ensuring timely, accurate, and fair plans while delivering actionable insights. You’ll partner with sales and operations leaders to improve compensation models and enable cross-functional adoption. You will train users, resolve field queries, and drive scalable process improvements. A focus on data-driven analysis and automation will help you support rapid business growth in a dynamic environment. - Ensure accurate, timely, and equitable delivery of sales compensation plans and payments
- Develop understanding of compensation policy, systems, and reporting tools to resolve issues and provide actionable insights
- Forge cross-functional relationships to influence change and accelerate adoption
- Partner with leadership to set objective targets aligned to business outcomes
- Provide ongoing sales compensation training and enablement to users and operations
- Identify and implement operational processes and/or reporting to simplify and standardize processes
- Manage and execute SPIF programs to drive performance on priorities
- Present OTE and performance analysis to sales leadership quarterly
- Provide thought leadership and data-driven solutions in sales compensation
- Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.Com, Tableau and other BI tools/toolsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of sales compensation experience
- Experience with sales ICM tools such as Varicent or Xactly
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Experience defining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies
- 5+ years of sales compensation experience with ICM tools (Varicent, Xactly)Requisitos principales
