We are engineering a better tomorrow. /ppbr/ppThe Junior Programme Manager provides program planning and co-ordination support for the F-110 and F-100 frigate radar contracts, helping ensure successful execution of development, integration, and testing activities. The position works closely with U.S. program teams, Spanish industry partners and government stakeholders to support program reviews, reporting, and customer engagement. /ppbr/pulliProvide Planning and Program support for successful execution of the F-110 DCS SBR and F-100 MLU contracts. /liliCollaborates with the US PM teams to coordinate customer reviews and presentations, data calls, and program performance reporting. /liliSupports the LM España team to execute current contracts and grow future business. /liliProvides customer support liaising with the Ministry of Defense Program Office and Navantia, including customer facing interaction with program leadership, technical leadership and contract management teams to ensure successful contract execution and reporting. /liliProvide program management support for development, integration and test of the LM systems in F-110 and F-100 frigates. /liliPerform cross-coordination with other F-110 / F-100 contracts. /liliDomestic (Spain) and limited international (US) travel required. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequired skills, qualifications and experience /b /pulliBachelor’s Degree in science, engineering, other applicable degree or commensurate experience. /liliPrior successful experience in a Program Management or program office support role. /liliStrong skills in planning and execution.
