As Senior Sales Manager, your mission is to drive revenue growth and position Vestige Collection as a benchmark in luxury hospitality. Develop a strategic portfolio of high-value clients and partners, ensuring the right business at the right price through solid and lasting relationships. Drive a commercial strategy aligned with Vestige's values: authenticity, excellence, respect for heritage and environment, transformative experiences, and hospitality with soul.

Your mission
As Senior Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth and position Vestige Collection as a benchmark in conscious luxury hospitality.
You will develop and manage a strategic portfolio of high-value partners, ensuring the right business at the right price, through long-term relationships aligned with Vestige’s values: authenticity, excellence, respect for heritage and environment, and hospitality with soul.
Strategic & Commercial Planning
* Develop and implement the annual sales plan by segment, source market and client typology.
* Identify emerging luxury market opportunities and strategic alliances.
* Optimize business mix to maximize occupancy, ADR and RevPAR while protecting brand positioning.
Business Development
* Build and consolidate strong relationships with luxury travel agencies, consortia, GSOs, DMCs and tour operators.
* Represent Vestige Collection at international trade fairs, roadshows and industry reference events.
* Coordinate commercial initiatives with global and regional strategic partners.
* Operational Alignment & Governance
* Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and Marketing to ensure pricing, segmentation and communication coherence.
* Supervise execution of contracts, commercial agreements and reporting compliance.
* Ensure legal, financial and contractual adherence in all commercial operations.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
What will make you successful in this role
* Solid leadership experience in luxury B2B hospitality sales
* At least 5 years in luxury hospitality B2B sales and 3+ years in senior commercial management roles will enable you to operate confidently within premium ecosystems and high-value negotiations.
* Advanced revenue & market analytical capability
* Your mastery of ADR, RevPAR, segmentation and performance metrics allows you to make data-driven decisions that balance profitability with long-term brand equity.
* Strategic negotiation and portfolio management expertise
* Your ability to structure agreements with luxury agencies, consortia and tour operators strengthens volume, profitability and positioning simultaneously.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with structured execution
* You thrive in dynamic environments, combining autonomy with accountability and translating strategy into measurable commercial results.
* High-level representation skills
* Fluency in English and Spanish (C1), strong executive communication and proven participation in international luxury trade fairs reinforce your ability to represent Vestige globally.
* Digital & systems proficiency
* Advanced use of OPERA Cloud or equivalent PMS, CRM pipeline management and strong Excel/analytical reporting capability (Power BI desirable).
* Mobility & flexibility
* Residence in Madrid or the Balearic Islands, high travel availability (national & international) and driving license (Type B).
