From our Barcelona office we are looking for a Customer Service Administrator (Advanced/Native German). What you will do / Main responsibilities Process quotes and formal orders accurately and quickly. Support the sales department and customers in pre-sales and after-sales tasks: resolve issues and provide accurate information. Act as a liaison between customers and internal areas (sales, service delivery, collections) to resolve queries. Coordinate the end-to-end customer experience, applying company processes and compliance requirements. Perform routine administrative tasks following established procedures. Mandatory requirements German: preferably native. English: excellent written and verbal communication. Previous experience in customer service and administrative tasks. Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel. Experience with SAP/CRM is highly valued. Teamwork, organizational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Specific conditions Location: Barcelona. Contract: 6-month temporary contract (via Gi Group ETT). Start date: 04/05/2026. Client: Agilent Technologies. Work mode: Hybrid (WTC Barcelona). Schedule: 40 hours/week — 08:00–17:00 (1-hour break). Salary: €28,000 gross per year. First month: full-time on-site attendance required for intensive training.
