With over 20,000 team members from 130 countries, innovating in 140 world class R&D facilities, we have the resources, leadership heritage and partner ecosystem to make a meaningful impact now and into the future.***#GrowWhatMatters***We’re hiring for EMEA Cash Planning Leader.Learn how you can be our voice in the conversation about the future of agriculture.**You Will Be Part of Growing Team**Reporting to the Global Cash Manager, this position is responsible for EMEA cash management.**Your Challenge:*** Overseeing the execution of the regional liquidity strategy, including: + Developing mid- to long-term cash flow forecasts + Providing clear visibility on sources and uses of funds + Collaborating with Tax and Controllership to implement agreed strategies* Support certain global tasks and initiatives, including but not limited to global cash calls, reconciliation of the cash flow forecast between the direct vs. indirect method, high-risk country reporting* Lead cross-functional discussions to proactively identify financial risks by: + Evaluating mitigation actions using cost-benefit analysis + Considering key factors such as: + Hedging costs + Opportunity cost of funds + Borrowing costs + Relevant tax implications* Driving alignment on appropriate risk mitigation actions* Monitoring and tracking the execution of these actions* Continuously monitor and assess external developments, including: + Economic trends + Regulatory changes + Geo-political factors* Support the Treasury Operations team, as needed**Location:***Avilés, Asturias, Spain***To Grow What Matters, You Will Need*** Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field* Professional Certifications* Strong experience in treasury, finance or risk management* Liquidity management and cash flow forecasting* Experience working across regions or global markets* Partner with cross-functional finance teams* Strategic thinking and decision making skills* Advanced Excel and financial modelling* Experience with ERP systems* Fluent in English**Who Are We Looking For?*** Curious, bold thinkers who want to grow their careers and be part of a winning team* Market shaping individuals who want to transform the agriculture industry to meet the world’s growing need for food* Collaborators who thrive in a diverse, inclusive work environment* Innovators who bring initiative and fresh ideas that drive our business into the future and make us an industry leader**Growing What Matters Starts With You...
