Leading the technical delivery of a critical product at eDreams
1. Working with topnotch tech stack including:
2. Swift SwiftUI XCTests Viper MVVM and microframeworks for iOS
3. Kotlin Compose DaggerHilt Espresso JUnit Clean Architecture and micromodules for Android
4. Java 17 Graphql BigData Kafka Cassandra Redis Docker Junit and Datadog for Backend
5. Collaborating with Product Business Architecture Data Science to shape the technical strategy and evolution of the Customer Experience domain define the technical strategy for your modules and ensure their optimal performance
6. Helping your team translate functional specifications into highperformance logical technical design and code and split the work into smaller tasks that add quick value to customers
7. Promoting our standards of technical excellence innovation and continuous improvement

Leading a high performing cross functional agile team of 710 experienced software engineers and developers Taking an active role in finding and hiring the best talent available in collaboration with our recruiters and onboard new joiners into our culture of high performance collaboration and growth Managing performance setting goals and prioritising work for your team balancing the capacity of the team Establish a sense of identity engagement and belonging in your team and improve team dynamics in collaboration with your dedicated agile coach Act as a mentor helping others develop their skills and professional career

Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as GitHub Copilot Gemini or other AIpowered coding assistants Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore experiment with and integrate emerging AIdriven solutions into software development workflows AIEnhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to debug code streamline development processes and enhance productivity Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities Collaboration with AI: Experience or interest in collaborating closely with AI tools as pair programmers to complement traditional software development practices
