What will your role be? The HVAC Product Specialist EMEA will play a crucial role in enhancing sales effectiveness and supporting technical and marketing initiatives across the region. By fostering collaboration between sales, product management, and cross‐functional teams, this role contributes to the company's long‐term growth and success.
Key Responsibilities Develop HVAC content and maintain the product portal, including competitive benchmarking, battlecards, and key win/customer reference cases.
Create literature materials such as brochures, catalogs, promotional videos, engineering guides, and installation manuals in collaboration with subject matter experts.
Support regional marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn posts and digital content (articles, videos, infographics) for professional social media.
Deliver HVAC training and knowledge sharing – presentations, short technical lessons, webinars, podcasts, and YouTube training videos – to sales channels.
Assist in the transition to upgraded selection software tools for Direct and Indirect sales channels across the EMEA region and support their usage.
Develop and distribute the EMEA Product Newsletter (EPN) and participate in Product Informative Calls to ensure clear, consistent messaging and collaboration across business units.
Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (preferably Thermomechanical or a related field within the HVAC industry).
3‐5 years of experience in a technical or marketing role within the HVAC sector.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas effectively.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI for data analysis are a plus.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) is beneficial.
Experience in analyzing technical marketing data and publications.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Proactive, self‐motivated, and results‐driven with a passion for excellence.
