Role & Purpose
As a Senior People Data Analyst, you will drive advanced HR data analytics initiatives, ensure data integrity, and deliver actionable insights that support data‑driven decisions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to define, develop, and monitor HR KPIs aligned with business strategies.
- Translate complex HR data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate HR processes with broader organizational objectives.
- Facilitate regular meetings and presentations to discuss HR performance metrics, trends, and strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with HR‑IT to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and security across HR systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR analytics to foster innovation.
- Support HR insights and reporting projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency with HR analytics tools (e.G., Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) and HRIS solutions (e.G., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
- Strong expertise in Python or R for advanced data analysis is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
- In‑depth understanding of HR operations, processes, and key metrics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, fostering partnerships across departments while maintaining professionalism in managing confidential data.
- Demonstrated commitment to data governance, accuracy, and compliance, ensuring sensitive employee information is managed securely and ethically in accordance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
