We're seeking a Product Data Analyst who wants to have a real impact on how our product evolves.
Your mission will be to support the product team in making better, data-informed decisions, from analyzing user behavior and validating hypotheses to running A/B tests and turning results into actionable insights.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with developers, designers, product managers, and other analysts, and contribute to key initiatives such as recommendation systems, search optimization, monetization, and marketing performance.
What you'll do:
* Collect and structure data from various internal sources.
* Ensure data quality and help define/improve data pipelines.
* Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve the product.
* Support product teams throughout the full feature lifecycle: hypothesis, implementation, tracking, and measurement.
* Design and evaluate A/B tests.
* Translate business questions into clear, actionable analysis.
* Contribute to the evolution of our data infrastructure and analytics practices.
What we're looking for:
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally in product-focused environments.
* Strong SQL skills to work directly with databases.
* Practical experience with Python (or R) for data processing and analysis.
* Ability to turn data into insights and insights into business recommendations.
* Solid understanding of key product and marketing metrics: MAU, retention, LTV, CAC, etc.
* Good grasp of statistics and experimental design (e.g., A/B testing).
* Ability to visualize and communicate data effectively (experience with BI tools like Tableau is a plus).
Bonus points for:
* Hands-on experience with data infrastructure tools (e.g., Redshift, Airflow, AWS).
* Real interest or experience in Machine Learning, even self-taught.
* Familiarity with mobile app tracking and analytics.
