About The Role\nStart your international career in Madrid as a Live Studio Host in a dynamic on-camera production environment.

In this role, you will host live interactive entertainment sessions in Dutch, engaging with an international audience in a professional studio setting. No previous experience is required — full training is provided.

Responsibilities\nHost and present live studio sessions in Dutch
\n
Engage with viewers in a confident and professional way
\n
Deliver a high-quality on-camera experience
\n
Work in a modern studio production environment
\n
Follow presentation and operational guidelines
\n
Requirements\nDutch: C1/C2 + English B2
\n
No Previous Experience Required (full Training Provided)\nComfortable working on camera
\n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
Energetic, confident and engaging personality
\n
Willingness to relocate or be based in Madrid
\n
Working Schedule\nRotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
\n
4–5 working days per week
\n
2–3 days off per week
\n
Schedules communicated in advance
\nOption to swap shifts with teammates\n
Shift examples:\nMorning: 07:55 – 15:00
\n
Afternoon: 14:55 – 23:00
\n
Night: 22:55 – 08:00 (+20% night bonus)
\n
Training\n2 weeks of paid training (Monday–Friday, 6 hours/day)
\n
No Experience Required\nTraining includes presentation skills and studio operations
\n
Monthly schedule shared in advance
\n
Salary & Benefits\nBase Salary: €1,500 gross/month
\n
Dutch language bonus: €4/hour on-camera
\n
Performance bonus: up to €3/hour
\n
Average total monthly salary: €1,850 – €2,100 gross
\n
Relocation Package:\nTravel support (flight or train within Europe)
\n
25 days of accommodation on arrival
\n
€1,500 relocation bonus (€1,000 first salary + €500 second salary)
\n
