Opportunity – IT Owner (Guidewire Platform)

We are looking for a Senior IT Owner to help take full end-to-end ownership of our Guidewire platform and drive strategic technology leadership across our insurance operations

About the role

leIn this strategic leadership position, you will work closely with other platform owners within the IT leadership team. You will act as the key bridge between technology and business, leading an international, distributed team of approximately 20 professionals across India and the UK. This is a high-impact role focused more on leadership and ownership than on pure executio

• n.Own the Guidewire platform end-to-end: including roadmap, delivery, quality, and operation
• s.Lead, develop, and inspire a large international team across different region
• s.Manage the platform budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery and continuous improvemen

What we're looking for

• Proven background as an IT Owner, Application Owner, or Platform Owner
• Solid experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, or similar core systems)
• Strong experience within the Insurance sector
• .Track record of leading large, distributed, and international teams.
• High English level — written and spoken (C1/C2).
• Strong leadership profile: a decisive, accountable professional capable of navigating complex corporate environment.

Location: Hybrid Model - Barcelona (3 days per week in office)
