Functional Expert DP/DRP- Location: Barcelona – SpainSanofi Supply Chain TransformationOver the last several years, Sanofi has embarked on a transformation program of Digital Supply Chain processes and related information systems, including distribution, customer service, and planning systems.Under the main transformation program SCCORE, a major stream is Supply Chain Planning, which includes the implementation of the Kinaxis planning system covering forecasting and demand planning, S&OP;/IBP, Distribution Resource Planning (DRP), multi-sites planning (MSP), and CMO collaboration, as a Core Model. The Kinaxis Core Model is being progressively implemented worldwide for each Integral Business Unit.SCCORE has evolved to support the ambitions of the recently launched Smart Supply Chain program which has a main objective to implement a smart supply chain from supplier to patient. These transformation programs are aligned with an agile transformation and the evolution of our ways-of-working to become more flexible, adaptable, collaborative, and user-centric.Job Purpose:The Functional/Technical Expert will deliver functional or/and technical analysis and expertise for digital Technology solutions for Projects, Products or Solution within DP & DRP. S(H)e also leverages specialized, functional, or technical expertise for solving complex functional or technical problems as individual or as team member.We are a cross-cultural and cross-functional team that will be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey, driving innovation and efficiency in our planning processes.Your mission is to lead and optimize both our demand planning and distribution resource planning processes within our digital ecosystem. You will leverage existing technologies and tools to drive data-driven decision-making, supporting improved demand forecasting accuracy and ensuring the availability of the right products in the right quantities at the appropriate locations. This role will enhance inventory management and ensure seamless coordination between our digital products/services and supply chain operations.By collaborating with cross-functional teams (COE, Business users, External partners), you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital transformation initiatives and implementing Global Core Model Solutions.Primary Responsibilities- Configure and maintain Kinaxis Maestro at a functional level- Support training initiatives for Kinaxis Maestro and related systems- Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day support to end-users- Collaborate on user adoption strategies and enhance user experience- Design, develop and maintain our DP-DRP solutions, adhering to best practices and Core Model standards- Support the deployment of DP-DRP solutions to new sites and markets- Oversee the Kinaxis integration model with multiple SAP ERP systems globally, ensuring data flow is seamless and efficient- Translate business needs into system requirements and estimates- Manage project documentation at both functional and technical levels- Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing- Act as a point of escalation in troubleshooting and resolving issues during implementation and post-deployment- Ensure system stability by driving continuous improvement and issue fixing- Adoption of Agile mindset and ways-of-working in our DP-DRP domain- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team through knowledge sharingRequired Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field- Kinaxis Authoring 1 (Mandatory)- Scrum Master Certification (Preferable)- APICS-CPIM / CSCP as advantageous- Fluent in EnglishProfessional Experience- 2-5 years’ experience as functional analyst in supply chain planning domain- Experience with an enterprise SCP application such as Kinaxis Maestro- Kinaxis Rapid Response hands-on experience (highly desirable)- Good knowledge of application integration process points with execution systems (SAP APO, PP, PI, MM, SD, QM; E2Open Collaborative Inventory Management, Collaborative Order Management)- Demonstrated expertise in working with SAP ERP systems- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving production support issues- Experience with Agile methodologies, practices, and tools (JIRA/Confluence)- Experience in Pharma/life sciences/healthcare industries is a plusSkills and Competencies- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills- Proactivity and ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines- Excellent team spirit and collaboration skills- High level of accountability- Strong facilitation and communication skills- Ability to influence a diverse mix of internal and external stakeholders- Adaptable, flexible, and quick learner- Capable trainer and clear communicator- Knowledge of SAP Enable Now (advantageous)- Ability to work effectively within a matrix organizational structure- Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach to staying updated on innovative technologiesContext and Challenges- Coordinate with digital product development teams to integrate planning considerations into new product launches and updates- Understand Business needs and translate them into technical requirements- Bring Business added value to support business transformation- Support activities to roll-out solution on new sites/markets- Ensure day-to-day operational excellence of the solution- Drive AIMS (external service provider responsible for production support services) to resolve escalated incidents and problemsSanofi Behaviours and SkillsThis position is required to demonstrate behaviors such as Be Bold, Aim Higher, Act for Patients and Lead Together.
