Junior Marketing Manager Consumer Spain page is loaded## Junior Marketing Manager Consumer Spainlocations: Parets del Vallèstime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R\ _00098150**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:* Support the Head of Marketing and/or (Senior) Marketing Manager in managing the product portfolio, including commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking, and go‑to‑market planning.* Assist in the implementation of product and pricing strategies.* Use data analytics to provide insights on consumer/shopper behavior, competitive trends, and key product benefits to strengthen brand positioning.* Co‑lead product categories or new product launches.* Support Key Account Management (KAM) with customer‑specific activities.* Participate in local and international functional and cross‑functional projects (e.G., Digital, Media, NPD).* Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including Local and Regional Marketing, Corporate Brand, Digital, Communication, Sales, Procurement, R&D, and Artwork teams.* Engage with external partners such as consumers, retail customers, and agencies to support marketing initiatives.# Qualifications:* Degree in Business Administration or Marketing;
MBA preferred.* Up to 3years of experience in Marketing, ideally within Consumer Packaged Goods.* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office;
